A few years back I really enjoyed the 2 for $2.00 Egg Mcmuffin deals they used to have, and although I couldn't eat them every single day, I definitely took advantage of it whenever they came around. They were so cheap they seemed like an investment! I also use to mix in a coffee with those delicious breakfast sandwiches before that big study came out about Mcdonald's coffee being number #1 in taste tests around the nation. Even then, I was pretty much hooked and enjoying that awesome cup of Joe on my way to work!
I owe a lot to MD's; if it weren't for them I would definitely have had a difficult time finding something whenever we were too tired to cook or too tight to spend money on more expensive take out or eat-in food. Anyway, I make it easy on myself on Saturday and Sunday mornings because on one day I take the family out to either Ihop, Denny's, or a couple of other excellent homegrown diners in the area so they can be happy to eat out, and I mix in a little trip nearby to get a Mcdonalds breakfast for them, and it usually totals less than $15.00 for a family of 4! I must say my youngest kid loves eating little chicken nuggets, and if I don't satisfy his weekly craving at least once, I don't hear the end of it. He's tried all of them around town from Burger King to Wendy's to everything else in between, and nothing comes close to the taste of chicken McNuggets, and for me the Mcdonalds prices on those tasty little morsels are super cheap!
